REAAL HOUSE ("we", "the desk") is the data controller for information collected through this platform.

What we collect

Account info: email, display name, and profile photo (when you sign in with Google), or the info you provide directly.

Order info: name, phone number, and delivery address, collected only at checkout, used only to fulfil and deliver your order.

Usage info: wallet balances (Reaal Coin, Reaal Stake), prediction/poll entries, comments, and messages you send or receive on the platform.

Payment info: we do not store your card or bank details. All payments are processed directly by Paystack, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a transaction reference.

Why we collect it

To create and manage your account.

To process and deliver orders.

To operate Reaal Coin, Reaal Stake, predictions, polls, and prize distribution.

To send you in-platform messages about your orders, prizes, or account.

To prevent fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Google — for sign-in only, under Google's own privacy policy.

Paystack — for payment processing only, under Paystack's own privacy policy.

Supabase — our database host, which stores your account and order data securely on our behalf.

We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We retain account and order data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion for fraud and dispute review, as described in our Terms of Use.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

Request correction of inaccurate data.

Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to the retention noted above).

Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.
